A scraper for the online Unternehmensregister

Updated:Surprisingly the German government does not provide a public API to access the trade register (Unternehmensregister).
This scraper enables automated data collection of publication dates and fiscal year-end dates of companies in Germany via the Unternehmensregister.de website. It takes the register/local court (Register-/Amtsgericht), the register type (HRA or HRB), and the company’s register number as inputs to extract financial statement data and filing timelines.
The tool is useful for researchers and analysts studying publication delays, compliance patterns, and financial reporting trends in the German corporate landscape.
